Launched in May 2020, Team RG is an operations consultancy built out of a desire to help overworked and overwhelmed entrepreneurs reclaim their time, and their life.
We do this by creating organisation and structure in your business that allows you to get out of micro-management mode, gain clarity on how to progress your goals and crucially, have that all-important headspace that allows you to refresh, recharge and ultimately, be better at what you do.
I thrive on creating structure out of chaos and get true satisfaction from seeing the results of efficiency, clarity, ease, cost savings and opportunity.
My passion for simplicity and efficiency was honed by my (close to) decade long career in the fast paced and highly competitive world of grocery retail. I performed several different roles across two of the UK’s biggest supermarkets and was responsible for global supply chains, the management of a £50 million transport operation and led teams of up to 15 in corporate, warehouse and virtual environments.
In my final role before leaving the industry, I managed the operational and strategic implementation of a supply chain representing £1.3 billion in cost of goods, where I also identified (and delivered) a seven-figure business cost saving through a focus on continuous process improvement.
Here’s the thing – I wouldn’t have achieved what I did in my corporate career without knowing how to design and then manage a truly scalable operation.
Our processes, communication and execution had to be robust, seamless and timely, and there were no excuses – as not delivering cost the business a significant amount of money.
One of my most pivotal learnings was that hiring right-fit team members and setting them up for success (hint: the structure of your operations is key) would make or break our ability to deliver and that our success should never depend on one member of the team, and that included me!
We understand how it feels to lack control on your own time, like there aren’t enough hours in the day and that you are just treading water, with no headspace to even think about strategy and growth, let alone execute the things you need to do to get you there in an intentional way.
We totally get how you got here though – the early days of your business are all about sales, marketing and getting your company off the ground (i.e. the stuff that really matters to a new business) and your operational efficiency (understandably) is put on the backburner.
Your hard work paid off (yay!) and the leads and orders are flooding in, but that old phrase, “a new devil at every level” is kicking in hard, because you now don’t have the internal infrastructure to deliver the amount of work your clients are clamouring for.
Next thing you know, the passion for your business starts to give way to the overwhelm, you’re struggling to prioritise and are chained to your inbox. Building an solid team that can operate autonomously seems to be an impossible task and your experience so far has you firmly in the “no one can do it as well as me anyway” zone.

Outside of work…
I love to start my mornings at the gym to set me up for a productive day, either spent working from home with my cockapoo pup or out at the office. I am obsessed with spreadsheets, fuelled by coffee and love nothing more than executing a good plan!
With a varied background in operations, project and account management, I create and oversee our day-to-day processes at Team RG that underpin our core operations, as well as managing the implementation and delivery of our project based client services.
I have worked in client facing roles for the last 5 years, delivering various projects in remote monitoring of refrigerated assets in UK supermarkets. I am passionate about customer service and take great pride in going above and beyond to get a job well done. I am a true believer in working smarter not harder, always on the look out for how processes can be improved and coming up with solutions to tackle a problem.
Outside of work…
I love to eat good food (I am an absolute foodie!), dog walks and spending time with my family and friends.
Responsible for tech implementation, I expertly design and implement your processes into the relevant tools and software to make all your operational dreams come true, without compromising visual impact by making sure everything looks and feels “on brand”.
Born and raised in Porto I studied theater and worked as an actress, director, and producer for 8 years, before the will to travel around the world spoke louder. I decided to change careers overnight and learned all the things in tech, design, and online marketing.
Outside of work…
You’ll find me singing around the house, testing new recipes and planning my next trip!

Leaning on my experience of delivering data driven insights to some of the UK’s largest companies, I also help businesses make sense of complicated data by delivering easy to understand visual reports and dashboards, helping to turn previously unlocked data into actionable insights.
Outside of work…
My weekends revolve around sport where I watch and play football as well as having a massive interest in American Football.
Whenever I’m not watching or playing sport, you’ll find me learning new things whether thats through reading, listening to podcasts or starting a new side project!
